Responsibilities:
- Oversee and certify lifting operations according to safety standards.
- Develop and approve lifting plans and risk assessments.
- Conduct audits and inspections of lifting equipment.
- Train and mentor lifting teams on best practices.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Competent Person for Lifting Operations.
- Extensive knowledge of LOLER and other relevant regulations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
