Minimum Qualification

Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences; or Arts; or Social Work and Social Administration; or Law; or Business Administration; or Development Studies; or Public Administration and Management; or Ethics and Management; or Political Science from a recognized University/Institution.

Working Experience

Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Community Service Officer for performing the following duties:-

-   Carrying out training needs assessment, developing training needs strategies, organising training and sensitisation events to stakeholders;

-   Networking with other institutions to harmonize training programs;

-   Gathering information, researching on community service activities, data collection and compiling reports for assessment/ analysis;

-   Organizing Departmental activities, advocacy and publicity programs on community service to create public awareness;

-    Initiating mechanisms to enhance implementation of community service activities;

-    Assisting in monitoring and evaluation of community service activities;

-    Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
