SocialPay UG is expanding and looking for passionate and driven Community Managers to join our team in Jinja, Mbale, and Lira. As a Community Manager, you’ll work closely with savings groups and small business communities — helping them digitize their savings, access affordable loans, and build financial resilience through our platform.

Responsibilities or duties:

• Supporting community growth and financial inclusion
• Engaging with savings groups and small business communities
• Digitizing savings and facilitating access to loans

Qualifications or requirements:

• Fluent in English and at least one local language (Luganda, Lusoga, Lugisu, Langi, or Acholi)
• Energetic, organised, and willing to engage with people
