Ehany Marketing Agency is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand and play a crucial part in building and maintaining relationships with our clients and their audiences. You will be responsible for fostering a vibrant community, engaging with users across various platforms, and driving brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and manage interactions across social media channels, forums, and other community platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships with community members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and share engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Organize and promote community events, webinars, and other initiatives to engage users and encourage participation.
  • Analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to inform strategies and improve community experience.
  • Identify trends and insights in community interactions and share findings with relevant teams.
  • Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams, advocating for community needs and providing feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for engaging storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community-building strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for building communities and fostering meaningful connections.
