Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute community engagement strategies to drive awareness and adoption of ChapChap solutions.
• Implement outreach campaigns through radio, community forums, youth networks, and Disabled Persons Organizations (DPOs).
• Create clear and compelling messaging to build trust and promote ChapChap services.
• Support design and promotion of gamified youth learning modules for digital and financial literacy.
• Collect, track, and analyze community feedback to inform product and service improvements.
• Manage ChapChap’s community-level communications calendar and content.
• Work closely with field teams and stakeholders to ensure effective community participation.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Development Studies, or related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in community engagement, mobilization, or communications.
• Proven ability to design and implement outreach campaigns.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and public speaking skills.
• Experience working with grassroots communities, youth, or marginalized groups.
• Knowledge of local languages and cultural contexts is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media management.
