DUTIES:

• Conducting planning and budgeting for development programs at the community level;
• Organizing local communities to effectively participate in development initiatives;
• Sensitizing communities on gender issues, social rights, roles and obligations;
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on community development programme and projects;
• Promoting equal participation of all communities in development programme;
• Promoting creation and growth of functional groups for the improved welfare of the population in Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Area;
• Training communities around Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Area in literacy programme and income generating activities;
• Giving technical advice on the effective mobilization of communities for development;
• Sensitizing communities to adhere to existing legislation on gender and child rights;
• Supervising staff that are involved in uplifting the social and economic welfare of local communities in the Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Area;

Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

b) Click and Register as a new User to create your account and complete your profile (starting with your bio data moving downwards).
c) If you already have an account, simply sign in and update your profile.
d) Click on Jobs, then Advertised Jobs in the menu. Select the Advert in order to view the jobs therein.
e) Click on the job of your choice from the list of advertised jobs.
f) View the job details and click apply.
g) Review your application and submit.
h) You can only apply for one (1) post. Applying for more than one (1) post will lead to automatic disqualification.
