We are looking for a motivated and passionate Communications Volunteer who wants to learn, grow, and contribute to something meaningful. If you care about real stories, equity, and health for all and want to develop your communications skills in a supportive environment ,we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

    1. Review, Update and support the implementation of the PACE- EU Visibility and communications Plan
    2. Draft and edit content for social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
    3. Write human interest stories, short articles, and success stories for reports and publications
    4. Support scripting and coordination of radio messages and media spots
    5. Assist in the design and branding of communication materials (banners, T-shirts, job aids, policy briefs, and more).
    6. Develop and update content for the PACE website, ensuring timely visibility of key project milestones and achievements.
    7. Prepare briefing notes, media kits, and talking points for visibility events
    8. Assist in basic editing of videos and photos for donor reports and digital platforms
    9. Support the planning and coordination of webinars and other virtual events.
    10. Design simple communication data and information collection tools and monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts.
    11. Suggest new ways to grow PACE’s visibility and tell more compelling stories

Qualifications and Experience.

  • A background in communications, journalism, media or a related field.
  • Strong English writing and editing skills
  • Basic photography or video editing skills
  • Familiarity with social media and content creation tools
