JOB DETAILS:
Context & Environment
- Develop and maintain an up to-date reputation risk profile and implement the mitigation plan to protect the company’s reputation.
- Develop and maintain an external communications strategy and execute the plans/ activities necessary to drive a strong corporate brand reputation.
- Manage all crisis communication.
- Develop and maintain the optimal, tools, relationships, and platforms to support visible and effective internal and external communications.
- Develop and maintain a robust internal engagement strategy, plan, and activities to support the company’s adopted culture.
- Create and maintain an updated stakeholder management matrix, register, and plan.
- Monitor and update management on ongoing activities affecting the business from a policy and regulator perspective.
- Develop policy positions and proposals to create the optimal trading environment and engage with Government and regulators on the same.
- Manage and oversee all corporate sponsorships, events and social investments.
- Identify and secure membership and payment of subscriptions the relevant associations.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy and plan
- Ensure all communications and publications are compliant with the code of conduct, the relevant policies, and laws applicable.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, law, Social Sciences, or relevant field.
▪ A minimum of 5 years’ post graduate experience in a similar role.
▪ Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
▪ High level of innovation and problem-solving skills.
▪ High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
▪ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
▪ Languages: Fluent in English.
