Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Kampala. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
