This is a contract role for a Commission Sales Associate at Bukhaari Investment Ltd located in Kampala. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Ability to adapt to different customer needs and build rapport
