Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Handle basic cooking tasks (chopping, grilling, baking) for assigned stations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
  • Follow recipes and portion controls precisely.
  • Ensure timely delivery of dishes during service hours.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

  • Formal culinary training or apprenticeship (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (entry-level candidates may apply).
  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
