JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Handle basic cooking tasks (chopping, grilling, baking) for assigned stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Follow recipes and portion controls precisely.
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes during service hours.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements:
- Formal culinary training or apprenticeship (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (entry-level candidates may apply).
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
