Job Summary
A new high-end commercial refrigeration company is looking to recruit field technicians. As a field technician, you will be tasked with providing detailed technical assistance to our clients. You will conduct advanced troubleshooting and installation of the assistance of our refrigeration equipment and help to resolve any arising issues.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Routinely visiting the client sites to ensure he equipment installed are in order and performing as required.
- Identify any arising issues and provide technical advice
- Troubleshoot escalated issues with the refrigeration units and/or equipment to provide appropriate solutions
- Identify and help implement process improvements
You should be able to:
- Work with other technical personnel to achieve the best results
- Maintain a good working relationship with our clients
- Avail yourself whenever a client has an issue that needs resolving
- Provide detailed reports of activities carried out
You should ideally have:
- At least a diploma in HVAC/R, Electrical and Electronics Engıneering or a related discipline
- Experience in installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC/R (especially commercial and/or industrial refrigeration systems)
- Experience of electrical panel mounting and maintenance
- Electrical and HVAC/R certifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
