JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
· Generate USD 300,000 cash per month from new home sales deposit payments.
· Identify new business opportunities including activating partnerships with Agents, Corporates, Institutions, Banks, Diaspora Markets and Saccos to increase home sales.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
· Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
· Effectively communicate the PMEL value proposition through proposals and presentations and appropriate events.
· Conducting promotional meetings to disseminate information on the company’s
products.
· New product development and implementation.
· Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
· Develop and generate relevant reports and metrics.
· Source, recruit, train and lead sales staff and drive sales performance.

Qualifications and experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in a business related course
· 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
· Excellent analytical skills
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Proven ability to position products against competitors
· Proven experience in leading a sales team in a fast paced environment
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
