Coffee Shop Barista at Masaka Coop. Union Ltd

The Barista will help in running and promoting the MCU Coffee Brand “MUNICOF” Agronome coffee consumption among the communities in greater Masaka.

• Qualifications: A female with a minimum of O-level Certificate.
• Period: 2 years.
• Age: 22-30 years.
• Skills/Qualities: Customer service, coffee knowledge, hospitable & positive attitude.

Additional Job Description:
The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, and engage with customers to promote the MUNICOF brand. Responsibilities also include inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Training on coffee preparation techniques will be provided.
