• Work closely with experts to develop skills in coffee agribusiness.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
1. University degree or above.
2. Fresh graduates under 26 years old, with a CGPA of 3.5 or higher.

3. Ambition to start a career in coffee growing or prior experience in coffee growing.

4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
