Role Overview:
Train nursing students in patient care, clinical diagnostics, and nursing theory. Emphasizes hands-on training and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach foundational and advanced nursing courses.
• Supervise students in clinical settings, including hospitals and health centers.

• Evaluate student performance through tests, assessments, and practical observations.

• Collaborate in developing nursing curricula and research initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical or academic settings.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
