Job Purpose:

To serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional service, managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive patient experience from arrival.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations, Customer Care, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Hospital Management Systems).
