JOB DETAILS:
On behalf of our client a branding and corporate gifting company we seek to recruit a competent candidate for the position of Client Relations Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for building and maintaining good relations with all stakeholders (clients & vendors)
• Responsible for generating new business from both our clients and prospects.

• Participate in the approval and processing of confirmed orders – by identifying quality samples, seeking approval and monitoring the production process.
• Responsible for identifying customer needs and making recommendations to management of what can be done to meet those needs.

• Prepare bid documents and submit them for consideration.
• Responsible for following up on quotations sent to clients

• Responsible for managing the debtor’s book for all credit customers.
• Respond to client querries/requests

Requirements
• Business related degree;
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong people skills
• Commercial awareness of the branding and corporate gifting industry
• Strong selling and client relations skills
