Position Title :       Client Relations Manager

Position Type :      Fixed – Renewable One year Contract

Reports to:             Head of Client Relations

Function Area / Department:  Sales & Marketing

Location:                Kampala - Kisaasi

Salary Range:        Negotiable Retainer

POSITION OBJECTIVES

After Sales Services & Customer Service.

 Repeat Sales, Upsells & Cross sells.

 User Training & Troubleshooting

 Debt Collection & Credit Control

 Customer Retention & Client loss Prevention

 Maintaining a database of key contact at each client company in client database.

 Understanding each customer’s unique requirements.

 Building relations with key decision makers in each client company.

 Servicing existing customers, visiting them to ensure that they are satisfied.

 Interview decision makers and capture new requirements, complaints and comments.

 Repeat Sales and renewed subscriptions for existing customers.

 Document the minutes of issues raised by the client.

 Offer add-on solutions to the customer to promote customer satisfaction.

 Contact all customers to find out if they are happy with the quality of the service.

 Keep abreast with best practices and emerging trends.

 Promote Internal communications via email broadcasts.

 Circulate customer feedback amongst staff to improve service delivery.

 Creative writing and contributing content for social media campaigns.

 Proofreading for outbound reports, proposals & client communications.

 Requesting satisfied customers for testimonials, referrals and feedback.
