Position Overview:
As the Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Price Media and our clients. Your mission: Ensure client satisfaction, seamless communication, and exceptional service delivery so clients never want to leave. You’ll own relationships, manage expectations, and coordinate internal teams to deliver results that keep our clients coming back.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building trust and understanding their business goals.
- Conduct monthly strategy calls to align on objectives, review performance, and present reports.
- Proactively address client concerns—turn “issues” into “opportunities to impress.”
- Upsell additional services (e.g., video production, ad campaigns) when opportunities arise.
Project Coordination
- Translate client requests into clear creative briefs for the social media, design, and video teams.
- Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations (quality control).
- Coordinate between departments (creative, marketing, production) to keep projects on track.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years in account management (agency experience required).
- Proven track record managing social media/digital marketing retainers.
- Exceptional communication—you can explain creative concepts to non-creative clients.
- Organizational ninja: Juggles multiple clients without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable with data: Can interpret social media metrics and reports.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Slack/Asana for internal coordination
- Google Data Studio for reporting
- Social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
