Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Early Morning Start/Late Finish)

Valleyfield Medical Practice are seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our reception team.

You will contribute to the smooth running of the practice predominantly within the reception area. You will work as part of the Practice Team to provide the best possible assistance to patients. As well as direct patient contact, you will be working with clinical system EMIS and DOCMAN, experience of these would be advantageous but full training will be given.

We are looking for a person who has good attention to detail, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and an ability to work as part of a team. Candidates should also be reliable, flexible and have the ability to prioritise when required. Previous similar experience would be preferred.
