About CIC
CIC (Clean Is Clean) is a youth-powered social enterprise delivering professional, eco-friendly urban home and office services while creating dignified jobs and skills development opportunities for youth.
Location: Kampala | Contract: 3-Month Pilot (potential for full-time after accreditation)
Role Summary: Provide eco-friendly cleaning and sanitation services, gain skills development, and contribute to CIC's youth empowerment mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional cleaning and hygiene services to clients
• Use eco-friendly cleaning products and PPE safely
• Support sanitation demonstrations and training for client staff
Uphold CIC professional standards and branding during service delivery
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certificate/diploma in hospitality, housekeeping, or related field (desirable)
• Minimum 1 year experience in cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality services
• Willingness to learn eco-friendly practices and participate in visibility/branding activities
• Commitment to ethical behaviour and HHA values
Remuneration: Competitive, based on pilot engagement. High-performing technicians may be considered for full-time opportunities under CIC's Technician Program.
Candidates must successfully complete 2 weeks at CIC Academy before deployment to ensure safe, professional, and high-quality service
