Position: Civil Supervisors No. Of vacancies (03) Location: Cogeneration Project Sites Duty station: Kinyara Sugar Ltd ( Masindi District) Department: Civil Engineering / Projects Division Job type: Full time Job Summary; Kinyara Sugar Ltd is seeking experienced and dedicated Civil Supervisors to join our team for upcoming Cogeneration Projects. This is a great opportunity for professionals passionate about infrastructure development and renewable energy to contribute to impactful projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all civil works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Monitor the quality of work and materials, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and safety regulations. Liaise with contractors, engineers, and site teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues. Prepare daily site reports, manage progress updates, and communicate project status to management. Ensure implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and practices. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Requirement: Advanced Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or tertiary institution. Proven experience in supervising civil works, preferably in industrial or power-related projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to project demands.
