Job descriptions & requirements
- Complete translation and revision work for English business documents, shipping papers, reports, and internal materials, and check for any errors in wording and expression.
- Offer real-time interpretation during factory visits, group meetings, technical exchanges, and business talks between relevant parties.
- Assist supervisors in collecting, distributing, and organizing documents, and complete routine clerical work as required.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, reply to inquiries, and convey information accurately in external business interactions.
- Help Chinese and local team members communicate effectively at work, guarantee smooth progress of all production and daily work arrangements.
