JOB DETAILS:
The Wellbeing Consult is a leader in workplace wellbeing solutions, committed to creating healthier and more resilient work environments across Uganda. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Wellbeing Strategist to spearhead our efforts in enhancing the reach and impact of our employee wellbeing programs.
This leadership role involves developing and executing strategies to expand our outreach to target companies, fostering partnerships, and positioning The Wellbeing Consult as the go-to provider for corporate wellbeing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the adoption of The Wellbeing Consult’s programs within target companies.
• Identify emerging trends in workplace wellbeing and integrate them into program offerings.

• Drive the design and delivery of innovative and impactful wellbeing initiatives that align with organizational needs.
1. Client Engagement & Outreach:
• Build and nurture relationships with senior leadership in corporate organizations to promote wellbeing programs.
• Represent The Wellbeing Consult at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase expertise in workplace wellbeing.

• Develop tailored proposals and presentations to secure new clients and retain existing partnerships.
1. Program Development:
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing programs and develop new offerings based on market needs.
• Ensure programs are culturally relevant and meet the unique needs of the Ugandan workforce.
1. Performance Measurement:
• Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs.
• Provide regular reports on program outcomes, ROI, and areas for improvement to key stakeholders.
1. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with program facilitators, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve excellence in program implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
• Educational Background:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or Organizational Psychology is highly desirable.
• Experience:
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on corporate wellbeing, organizational development, or employee engagement.

• Proven track record in business development or client-facing roles, ideally within the wellness or consultancy sector.
• Experience in developing and scaling employee wellbeing programs for diverse organizations.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with high-level corporate executives.
• Proficiency in crafting compelling presentations, proposals, and program strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive results under tight timelines.
• A deep understanding of workplace wellbeing challenges and trends, particularly in Uganda and East Africa.
