JOB DETAILS:

Duties:
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations of the hospital and delivery of finance strategy.
• Responsible for the hospital’s overall financial management.

• Manage the hospital financial risks and develop appropriate controls to minimize exposure.

• Coordinate the business planning and budgeting initiatives of the hospital.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory codes and accounting principles, regulations, financing agreements, and financial reporting framework.
• Ensure compliance with tax policy requirements.

Qualifications, Competence, and Experience:
• Master’s degree in economics, statistics, commerce finance, accounts, or business administration.
• Other professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA are an added advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in financial accounting management, accounting, and taxation with a reputable organization.
• Proven good management and interpersonal skills.
• Proven record of integrity.
