JOB DETAILS:
The Chief Finance Officer will be responsible for managing the financial health and strategy of the organization. Key duties include:
• Financial Planning: Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making.

• Accounting Oversight: Supervising accounting functions, audits, and financial reporting.
• Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and implementing controls to mitigate them.

• Strategic Advising: Collaborating with executive leadership to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.

Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (CPA/ACCA certification is a plus).
• Proven track record of at least 7 years in a senior finance role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead a financial team.
