We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy, drive profitability, and contribute to the success of a growing retail company.

THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE RELOCATION TO SAUDI ARABIA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to drive business growth.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute commercial strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure profitability.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and stakeholders, ensuring robust financial governance.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to improve cost efficiency and optimize margins.
• Provide leadership to finance, accounting, and procurement teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior commercial finance role, preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong strategic and operational finance skills with a track record of driving profitability.
• Expertise in managing complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are highly desirable.
