Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Transport and Logistics Business
• Assess the principal risks to the Company and ensure that these risks are being monitored and managed.

Responsibilities
• Lead the senior management team in the development and implementation of the company’s strategy
• Lead the senior management team in developing and monitoring annual budgets.
• Establish plans and KPIs. Allocate resources, review progress and make operational corrections as required
• Work with Business leaders to identify and prioritize Company’s strategic growth
• Responsible for the overall profitability of the company. Assess company performance and devise plans for improvement
• Examine monthly financial performance and assist in Month – End closing
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting targets are met
• Assess company performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics and devise plans for improvement
• Write and submit reports to the board in all matters of importance
• Keep the Board informed on the condition of Transeast operations and on all the important factors influencing it
• Keep the Board informed on what is happening in the market (trends, issues, problems, activities) and on all the important factors influencing it.
