Position: Chef Restaurant

Location: Kanungu District, Western Uganda
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and present meals to high standards.
• Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and minimize waste.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering business.
• Strong knowledge of local and international cuisines.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
