JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of main dishes, ensuring high quality, taste, and presentation.
- Oversee kitchen operations during service, coordinating with other kitchen staff for smooth workflow.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and proper storage of food supplies.
- Contribute to menu planning and recipe development when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Institutional Catering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Chef or in a similar role in a busy or fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen hygiene practices, and HACCP principles.
- Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
