Description

JOB DETAILS:
- Job Summary: To manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., sauces, grill, pantry), preparing all dishes from that section according to the Executive Chef's standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes assigned to your section.
- Supervise Commis Chefs in your section.
- Manage food stock and wastage for your section.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of specific cuisine and cooking methods for the section.
- Ability to work under pressure in a hot, busy environment.
- Culinary school diploma is preferred.
