Overview: Leads the kitchen team, menu creation, and food production, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely delivery of dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and manage food inventory.
- Oversee all food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain portion control, quality, and presentation standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and training.
- Ensure kitchen complies with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience.
