Our client deals in the hospitality business and is looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to serve as a Chef. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining exceptional food standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. This role requires creativity, culinary expertise, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Plan, develop, and execute high-quality menus based on seasonality, cost-efficiency, and guests.
  • Prepare and cook menu items in line with the restaurant’s recipes and presentation standards;
  • Develop new dishes and seasonal menus that align with the brand’s style;
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes;
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow;
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health and safety standards;
  • Monitor food inventory and order supplies in coordination with the procurement team;
  • Adapt menus for dietary requirements and special requests.
  • Manage portion control to reduce waste and control food costs;
  • Keep accurate records of stock usage and wastage;
  • Follow all food hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures;
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company policies;
