Job duties:
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes.
• Oversee daily kitchen ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train, supervise and motivate kitchen staff.

Requirements:
• Training in culinary arts.
• 2+ years of experience as a chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent cooking skills and a strong understanding of various cuisines.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
