JOB DETAILS:

DUTIES

• Warmly welcome customers.
• Answer messages and phone calls from clients.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Manage cash drawers and reconcile transactions.
• Provide support to staff members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  A degree with an accounting or finance background is typically required.
  Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle cash, computer skills and multitasking.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous Salon Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist, or in a similar role is highly valuable.
