Responsibilities:

• • Build strong partnerships with employers and industry partners to secure internships, workplace opportunities, and career pathways.
  • Design and deliver career programmes, workshops, and guidance sessions aligned with industry needs.
  • Foster alumni engagements, mentoring, networking, and collaboration to support student employability.
  • Lead data-driven reporting analysis and evaluation of career and employability initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and effective people management within the Careers and Employability Department.
  • Promote continuous professional development, innovation, and best practice.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Human Resource, business- or ICT-related discipline.
