JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
The Cameraman will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage to support live broadcasts, recorded programs, and field assignments. This role involves operating  cameras, ensuring proper lighting, and collaborating with production teams to deliver visually appealing content.

Main Responsibilities:
• Operate cameras for live events, studio productions, and field recordings.
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, and focus to deliver high-quality visuals.

• Set up and test cameras, audio, and lighting equipment before shoots.

• Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and editors to execute creative vision.
• Safeguard all equipment and report any malfunctions or damages.

• Follow technical requirements for linear TV workflows and post-production.

• Maintain accurate logs of footage and ensure files are correctly labeled and stored.

• Keep up-to-date with new  camera technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Academic: Diploma or Degree in Media Production, Film, or a related field.

• Professional: Training in camera operation and media production.
• Experience: 1–3 years in camera operations for studio or field production.

Core Competencies:
• Proficiency in camera operation for live broadcasts and pre-recorded content.
• Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and framing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
