CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Cordaid is a leading Dutch International Non-Governmental Organisation (INGO), with its global office in The Hague, the Netherlands. The Organisation's mission is to work towards a world without poverty and with equal opportunities, by offering international expertise through a locally led approach, having decades of in-country experience in the countries it operates. In Uganda and in 15 other sub-Saharan African countries, Cordaid has experience in the initiation and implementation of Result Based Financing (RBF) programmes, which is the same approach applied in the Agricultural Governance Results Improvement Project (A-GRIP).

Cordaid Uganda secured funding from the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands (EKN) to implement A-GRIP. The project's objective is "Strengthened, food secure and resilient farming systems through increased accessibility, availability and quality of land tenure security, agriculture and food security services" in 16 selected districts of the Busoga, Elgon, Kigezi, Lango, and Rwenzori regions in Uganda. Cordaid will be supporting the District departments of Production and Marketing, Natural Resources and Administration to improve service delivery to Small Holder Farmers. Selected Districts sign contracts with Cordaid to implement agreed indicators and at the end of each financial quarter, verification is done to ensure that the results declared by the contracted departments are a true reflection of the actual performance/results achieved for the benefit of the target communities.

The verification of results of service delivery is two-fold, comprising a technical verification done by CORDAID and a community verification done by contracted Community Based Organizations (CBOs).
It is in this context that Cordaid is seeking for CBOs who demonstrate the ability to conduct community verifications.

We are seeking for services of CBOS or local NGOs, based and operating in the respective districts of Kisoro, Rubanda, Kabale and Rukiga (Kigezi region), Bunyangabu, Kabarole, Kamwenge, and Kyenjojo (Rwenzori region), Kamuli and Buyende (Busoga region), Bududa, Kapchorwa, Bulambuli and Mbale (Elgon region), and Lira and Alebtong (Lango region).
