Application Guidelines:

1. Download the Diligence Form:
   • Interested bidders must download and fill out the due diligence form available online.
2. Non-Refundable Fee:
   • Pay a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000.
   • Payment should be made to Knight Frank Uganda Ltd, Stanbic Bank Account No. 9030005600837 (UGX) at Forest Mall Branch.
3. Submission Requirements:
   • Fully filled forms must be submitted together with proof of payment.
   • Send completed applications and pre-qualification bids to kfug.tenders.procurement@ug.knightfrank.com.
4. Submission Deadline:
   • The deadline for submission is 31st January 2025, at 5:00 PM.
