Call for Expression of Interest
United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)-Uganda Country Office, informs property owners, estate agents and other Real Estate actors that it is looking for office space to lease in Kampala. The office/building must meet the following criteria:

1. Location preference:
• Kololo
• Naguru
• Nakasero

2. A gross floor area of approximately 1,100 sq. m

3. Parking-At least 10 dedicated lots.

4. Accessibility for persons with disability, both into the building and within the building

5. A single occupier building is preferred, multi-tenanted buildings that offer exclusive control of proposed entrance and floor may be considered

6. Date required: the property should be available for occupation not later than 1 September 2024.

7. Security: UNFPA has very stringent security requirements. Please detail in a paragraph the security features in your property.
The purpose of this notice is to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Property owners or agents with property that meets the above criteria.

If you are responding as an agent, proof of valid mandate from the owner will be required.
UNFPA is not bound to accept any offer and its standard procurement process and due diligence will apply upon receipt of the EOIs.

All responses must be received on or before Wednesday, April 24th 2024 using any of the following channels:
