We are seeking energetic Call Centre Representative Interns to handle customer calls, resolve inquiries, and provide excellent service. No experience needed—just fluency in English and Luganda, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Answer inquiries and provide information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate when necessary
  • Research and troubleshoot customer problems
  • De-escalate situations with upset customers while maintaining professionalism
  • Process orders, take payments, and update customer information accurately
  • Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and offer solutions
  • Follow call centre scripts, procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate call logs, reports, and records
  • Use call centre software and other tools effectively
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and courteous
  • Support the team in achieving excellent customer service targets
  • Upsell products or services where appropriate
