Job Overview:
The Operations Department at Yopsa Microfinance comprises of the Call Centre Officer position which involves handling financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations within the microfinance institution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide detailed information about Yopsa Microfinance products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and improvement area
Requirements:
- Recent graduate (2022 to date) with a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about working in the microfinance sector.
