Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Call Centre Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, sales leads, or service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, billing issues, and order processing.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system.
- Meet daily call targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Handle multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat (if applicable).
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure a consistent customer service experience.
Minimum Requirements:Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales role is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software (training provided if needed).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (if required).
Preferred (but Not Required):
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer retention.
- Familiarity with live chat or email support platforms.
- Multilingual skills (a plus, depending on the customer base).
