JOB DETAILS:
Location: Kampala, Buganda Road
Salary: UGX 250,000 or more + bonus (lunch provided)
Benefits: After six months, the basic salary will increase to UGX 300,000 or more + bonus.
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
• Proficiency in using call center software and technology
Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries
• Tracking and documenting call details
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
