Job Summary:

The Cabin Crew Instructor is responsible for training students in the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to excel as professional cabin crew members. This includes safety procedures, emergency protocols, customer service, and grooming standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Teach in-flight safety procedures, emergency response, and passenger handling.
  • Instruct on aviation terminology, cabin crew responsibilities, and operational standards.
  • Provide practical training in safety drills, first aid, and fire-fighting techniques.
  • Assess student progress through written exams, practical exercises, and performance evaluations.
  • Offer guidance on personal grooming, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into training content.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a diploma in cabin crew training.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a cabin crew member or instructor.
  • Certification as a Cabin Crew Trainer from a recognized aviation training organization (e.g., ICAO or IATA certification).
  • Proficiency in aviation safety, emergency procedures, and first aid training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ICAO, IATA).
  • Instructional design and teaching experience are preferred.

All instructors should also possess:

  • Strong proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in training tools and software.
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their career goals.
