JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To identify and respond to new business opportunities as well as manage the fulfillment of client requirements.
Appendix 1: Key Result Areas (KRA):
- KRA 1: Number of new business opportunities identified and converted.
- KRA 2: Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- KRA 3: Revenue growth from new and existing clients.
- KRA 4: Timeliness and effectiveness in addressing client needs & concerns.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Business Administration, Procurement and Supply Chain, or any other related course from a recognizable institution.
- The candidate must have demonstrable business development experience.
- A credit (or above) in English and Mathematics at Ordinary level is a MUST.
- At least 2 years’ experience in such a role at managerial level.
- Prior experience working with a medical supply chain entity is an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience and proficiency in market research analysis and product development.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong and demonstrable sales and business acumen-ship.
- An initiator with strong perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
