Role Overview
The Business Development & Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the investment management space.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
4. Lead efforts to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
5. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored investment solutions for clients.
8. Monitor and report on sales performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Candidate Profile
Education:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the investment management or financial services industry.
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
