Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing marketing strategies that drive our company's growth. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, working in a dynamic team environment that values initiative and customer focus. Your ability to analyze market trends and identify potential customers will be essential in ensuring our products and services meet their needs while maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on market characteristics and establishment objectives.
2. Formulate and coordinate marketing activities to promote our products and services.
3. Compile comprehensive lists describing our product and service offerings.
4. Utilize sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure profitability and monitor market trends.
5. Negotiate contracts with vendors to manage product distribution effectively.
6. Coordinate promotional activities and trade shows, collaborating with various teams to enhance product visibility.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing or business development.
- Strong skills in Active Listening, Speaking, Critical Thinking, Persuasion, and Judgment.
- Proficient in Sales and Marketing, Administration and Management, Customer and Personal Service, and Economics.
- Basic knowledge of video creation and editing software, graphics software, and sales marketing software preferred.

- Develop pricing strategies balancing firm objectives with customer satisfaction.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff.
- Consult with buying personnel on anticipated product demands.
