Reports to: General Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue generation through business expansion
and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, attracting new clients, strengthening relationships with existing stakeholders, and securing job placements for learners who complete training courses at Lofty Com Training Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market reach.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies that align with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.
• Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and contracts.
• Negotiate and close business deals that contribute to revenue growth.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics and recommend improvement strategies.
• Establish partnerships with employers to secure job placements for learners completing training at Lofty COM Training Centre.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer acquisition.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and branding is an advantage.
